In addition, it is only one block from US 1 so getting to additional stores, restaurants, the beach, or even going to Jacksonville for the day could not be easier. This home is truly in a perfect location for anything you could possibly need or want during your Saint Augustine adventure!
***PLEASE, if you are expecting pristine, 5 star resort accommodations... do not book this church. Remember that this unique property is approximately 105 years old and so are many of the furnishings, belongings, and systems. Though extremely well built, the marks of time and character are all over, paint is peeling, plaster has cracks, original floors are scratched, some outlets and light switches do not work, it can be drafty in spots, etc. We have updated everything as much as possible to allow for a comfortable stay without sacrificing the soul of the property. We ask that you PLEASE treat this church with the respect that it deserves. This is all part of the charm and beauty of this piece of history that we are happy to share with you.***

Chris & Laura Jennings - Trillion Investments, LLC - We are Panama City Beach residents, business owners, and philanthropists who absolutely love everything about our beautiful beach town but also LOVE Saint Augustine and visit often... more than 15 years ago, we were married there! Chris owns a Real Estate Company as well as a Standup Paddleboard Tour Company, some might even call him The Paddleboarding Realtor! Laura is a full time professional wedding and family photographer and serves over 300 families per year. Together, we operate the All Things PCB 501(c)3 nonprofit which provides beach experiences and memories to families stricken with a terminal illness. We live in PCB year round and have 4 great children - you could say we stay busy!
